B&B in Jonathan Island

'My husband and I came for the night to celebrate our anniversary. The Burbank rose was clean, quiet, and walking distance to everything. Parking wasn’t too far. Our room had everything we needed for our stay. Priscilla was super nice and helpful for checking in and out. Will definitely come back again!'

'Beautiful and charming old hotel. The restored historical buildings do not meet all modern standards. This is inevitable, but avoid rooms 101 and 102 in the basement of one of the houses. Cleaning needs improvement, breakfast is very good.'

'Francis Malbone House is an oasis in the hubbub of downtown Newport. All the wharves are easily walkable. It was less than 15 minutes to walk to the Elms. On site parking is a huge bonus. Daily breakfast is always delicious. But the best thing about this inn is the staff. They are so friendly and helpful. '

'This B&B was a great find at a good price. It is a bit dated but I found it quaint and charming. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and cozy with an immaculate private bathroom. Each evening, guests were offered wine, crackers and cheese with grapes, and also fresh baked cookies and coffee if preferred. The breakfast was surprisingly good. We walked everywhere and the location was convenient—we never moved the car once. We will definitely return to this inn next time we visit...

'Really enjoyed our weekend getaway for my wife's birthday. The room was large and very clean, kitchen area had a microwave and all utensils needed. Bathroom was large and clean and had soap, shampoo and towels provided. Breakfast was available every morning around 8:30 am and consisted of fresh fruit, yogurt and home made muffins and baked goods. The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome and at home. Beautiful new porch on the front of the building that we enjoyed every evening...
