'Quiet and clean, renovated nice'

'Clean room, helpful staff, GREEN ALGAE POOL. Pool maintenance non existent during our 5 day reservation. Pool got greener and greener. My vacation plans centered on pool availability for my family. I used Expedia to locate lodging with pool. If you don’t expect to use a pool, this place is acceptable. If you choose it because of pool, understand that the pool is maintained by an outside contractor who dropped the ball every day of our stay. I left a day early because of this, getting zero offer...

'I travel at least a dozen times every year and normally stay at a Comfort Inn. I was extremely pleased with my stay in Crossville TN. I was very pleased with my room and the staff were happy to help a disabled senior lady. One thing that that really jumped out to me was that I could actually smell the cleanliness, even in the hallways. Some of my family members stayed there a few years ago, and hearing their comments, it seems this Comfort Inn has kept up their standards!'

'It showed a Continental breakfast each morning. The woman at the desk stated that they don’t do that anymore! Ithink I should get a rebate for having to buy my own breakfast when I thought I’d paid for one.'
