'Very good location. Clean and comfortable though the room, in particular the bathroom, is a bit cramped. Very environmentally friendly, too. I saw for the first time in hotels a box placed in the lobby for collection of old clothes. The hotel is probably aware that tourists usually bring along their old clothes to wear, so that they can throw them away afterwards to make room for new clothes bought during the trip.'

'The room was a sufficient size with a nice shower and decent A/C control. Staff were very friendly and helped with an umbrella loan. The breakfast was cute and a nice way to start the day. The reading nook / library was a pleasant environment to sit in while having breakfast. The location was fine and close enough to subway stations and I ate at two excellent restaurants within a 15-minute walk of the hotel. I would stay again.'

'Great location that is adjacent to Nagoya station as well as shopping and restaurants. If I may give one suggestion, I wish there was a coin laundry room in the hotel. The weather has been so hot and needed to change clothes twice a day. The laundry service is a bit pricey and I would rather do my own laundry instead of using the laundry service. Please consider. '

'繁華街の立地でしたが、意外にも部屋は静かでした。スタッフの皆さんも親切で感じが良かったです。 室内のスリッパは消毒済みとの事ですが、個人的には使い捨ての方が有り難いですが、使い捨てのスリッパを念のため持参していたので、良かったです！ また、シャワーキャップがあれば便利でした。 でも、アクセスはたいへん便利でしたので、名古屋を訪れる時にはまた利用させて頂きたいと思っております。 '

'Its a nice hotel, reception was welcoming. You can take the utilities you need and the free breakfast also had options for westerners. The room was ok as well. I really liked the “handy phone”, a phone with internet you can walk around with for free that also gives travel suggestions.'
