Hôtel près de Jeter Park (North Little Rock)

« Staff was very kind, property was lovely and new, my room was spotless and very comfortable. »

« Bon accueil.

« I didn't like not getting a paper receipt or even an email. I have to get in touch with Expedia. »

« 1) Breakfast do not have much options. Its just bagel , boiled egg and cereal. Was expecting scrambled eggs, waffles and other such options like in case other hotels. 2) The foam plates are of very bad quality. When a toasted bagel is put in it, the foam on the plate is got melted and stuck to the food, which is a health hazard. »

« The employees were helpful and the room was clean. »

« The best hotel our family has stayed at. The lobby/lounge with pool table, swinging chairs, large connect 4 and games was made for families with children. Breakfast was great and the room was great. »

« The Empress is a MUST for anyone with an affinity for historical places and/or an appreciation for truly amazing architecture. The suites are gorgeous and the main house will leave you speechless. This is the perfect blend of a piece of history being well steward AND shared for others to enjoy. Well done!!! Highly recommend. »

« The front desk person was nice and helpful she gave us batteries for our tv remote plus she was funny. It’s nice to see a smiling face after a long day of traveling. The lady preparing the breakfast in the morning is so energetic and very sweet. They had cheesy omelets at this hotel which I have never seen at any other place we stayed at and they were good. It was easy checking into the room and the room was clean and had the usual hygiene products like soap and shampoo and conditioner. The...

« The breakfast is not quite good. The beds are small. »
