'We arrived 8: 30 pm and room was not ready. We had to wait for another hour and went back to front desk. Room was not clean, drawer has leftover clothes from people previously lived there. The toilet was not clean too. We had to clean everything by ourselves.'

'My family and I stood at the Sheraton to celebrate my son's 21st birthday. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean hallways and the rooms were all super clean. No odor. The best of all was that the hotel is pet friendly so we were able to bring our dogs and its literally around the corner from the outlets. We will definitely be returning and recommending to our friends and family.'

'The hotel itself is an unusual layout. Intriguing to find your way around. It was not easy to get to the farthest rooms. it was very clean. The pool area looked absolutely gorgeous! We were not able to use it due to the weather. Room was clean. Walking distance to theater & restaurants. I would recommend.'
