I booked 2 suites, each with 2 double beds, for 3 nights. However, upon arrival, the property had only 1 suite with 2 double beds available. As a result, we were given that suite and another one with a queen bed and a rollaway bed.
We are a family of 4 — 2 adults, 1 child, and 1 toddler — and had to adjust in the suite with the queen bed. The rollaway bed was extremely uncomfortable, and I ended up with back pain after sleeping on it.
On the evening of the second day, we were finally moved to another suite with 2 double beds. My friend and his family (2 adults and 2 kids) stayed in the other double-bed suite. Unfortunately, that suite had ants, no water in the bathroom sink, and very low water pressure in the shower. These issues were only fixed on the third day of our 4-day stay.
Another major disappointment was the so-called "complimentary breakfast." The hotel advertised it prominently, but all they offered were muffins and coffee — no fruits, no bread, not even water or juice. It felt misleading and far below basic expectations.
For all the inconvenience, both my friend and I were compensated with a refund of just 30% of one day’s charges out of the 4 days we stayed.
Overall, the experience was quite disappointing given what we had booked and expected.
