« Room was clean when we arrived. Room should have been cleaned every day. It was not cleaned at all during our 3 day stay. Other rooms were leaving trash bags in the hallway. Now I know why. We came back to the room as we left it. I got clean towels from desk clerk. A note was made to clean the room the next day. The next day, we were told there was only one cleaning person and they didn't know if they'd get to our room. It didn't get cleaned. Breakfast was minimal. They had cheerios in a bin....

« The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Manager Jennifer helped out with a check-in issue, she was prompt and very kind. The hotel is about a 15-20min drive from Albany, IN which has the nearest gas stations and restaurants. The hotel has breakfast and dinner options but limited food service from 12pm-5pm. There’s a Gordon Ramsey restaurant that opens at 4pm so plan accordingly. Clean pool and hot tub amenities, I would definitely stay here again! »
