New house - 6 guests, near the town

Holiday cottage located 200m from the village center, adjoining another house at the rear.
This new house comprises, on the ground floor, an entrance leading to the kitchen/living/dining room, a separate WC, and a bedroom (one queen-size bed) with an en-suite shower room. Upstairs: a landing with a large storage cupboard leads to a shower room with a washing machine, a separate WC, a first bedroom (one queen-size bed), and a second bedroom (one queen-size bed, accessed via a 1.70m high door). Both the ground and first floors are equipped with reversible underfloor heating/cooling.

Outside, there is a fully covered terrace with garden furniture, a sun lounger, a griddle, and an outdoor refrigerator.
Private parking is available on the property.
A hybrid and electric vehicle charging station is available in the town center, 200m away. (No technical access available at the cottage)
Access via the gate with keypad. Shared entrance: right of way for No. 42 (parents of the owners). Bed linen provided.

Optional extras: Cleaning fee: €140/stay; Towel rental: €10/person/stay.

Additional services if selected:

* Heating fee: €5/day (payable to the owner).

* Household waste management: fee applies; container available 100m away, or collection by the owner for €5 per week and weekend (payable to the owner). This can be arranged on-site.

Coming from La Roche-sur-Yon, head towards the church in Jard-sur-Mer (Rue Clemenceau) and follow the signs for the town center. Before reaching the church, turn left (still on Rue Clemenceau). Then take the first street on your left that is not one-way (Rue du Fief l'Abesse); this is the direction of the cinema. When you reach the stop sign, you will see 40 Bis Rue des Echolères directly opposite, slightly to the right (5 meters).
