'Filthy, changed rooms because of sink problems. Other room was also bad. Breakfast was not worthwile to name it "Breakfast included"'

Saw bugs in the lobby. 3 buses of children showed up. VERY loud. Finally I checked out at 630 AM and got a call at 2 pm of why I didn’t check out yet. I actually turned my keys into a person and checked out at the desk!'

'The hotel was a good choice for a short stay and offered good value for the price we paid. The biggest drawback was the air conditioner, which was extremely noisy throughout the night and made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. To make matters worse, I called the front desk at around 9:00 PM to report the issue, but no one answered the phone, and I never received a callback to check on the problem or offer any assistance. 'Disappointed that there was no shuttle service available during our stay Tuesday. That was one of the reasons I booked this hotel. We wanted to shuttle to our favorite BBQ restaurant because finding a parking space is difficult. Also, no fridge in the room.'
