'Our family of 4 spent 1 night @ OKANA. We arrived @ noon & stored our luggage @ the concierge desk while we went to enjoy the indoor & outdoor waterparks til our room is ready @ 4pm. I only gave 4/5 stars bc our bathroom only has a light sensor so when we're taking a shower the light will turn off on its own. You'll need someone to wave their hand on the light sensor to turn it on. Also there's a complimentary parking but it's limited spaces if not there have a covered parking garage for...

'The rooms were very nice, and the housekeeping staff was great. The only drawback to our stay was that there was no free breakfast, or breakfast on site. From what we read about the property, before arriving, we believed that they did serve a free breakfast. However, they did not. There was a McDonald's nearby as well as a Waffle House. The issue for us was that we had to allow additional time in our schedule which had definite time constraints already. Otherwise, we would have planned ahead...

'Arrived in the early morning staff was there to get us checked in. First room smelled awful from the Air conditioner like stale cigarette smell. Staff was able to switch us rooms. Second room smelled better. Hotel needs updated. Ceiling tiles missing through the hallway. Tons of parking. Great location being by the highways.'
