'Need better breakfast'

'We will stay here again in the future. Facility was clean and room and bed was spacious and comfortable. Very good location to shopping, restaurants and events. The parking lot could use additional security cameras.'

'I can't say enough about this place. The staff is wonderful, the food was delicious at the restaurant, clean room, very accommodating. Their attention to the little touches that makes it feel very inviting. A wonderful experience. I highly recommend staying here, you won't be disappointed.'

'Room was clean and adequate. TV did not work when we arrived but mgmt came promptly when I called to report it and got it working. Coffee only available from 7 am to 8(?) or 9(?)am instead of around the clock.'

'The beds were not plush or firm. There were big dips where people sit by the nightstand. The plastic mattress cover made us sweat. The fan in the bathroom was weaker than I can blow air. The fresh paint and grout and cleanliness were appreciated but the bed comfort was a deal breaker. We found that if we put the fan on low and set the thermostat to 67 - the loud AC would run continuously and be the white noise to keep hall noise down.'

'We are non-smokers and purchased a non-smoking room for two nights. Upon arrival I was informed that our room was room number 103 and it was a handicap accessible room. I said fine as long as it’s non-smoking. The front front desk person assured me that it was a non-smoking room. When we entered the room, I could immediately smell smoke. The toilet seat had cigarette burn marks on it from previous guests, and undoubtedly this room had been smoked in previously and frequently. I asked for a room...
