We could not have asked for a better trip or accommodations. The hosts were very responsive and we followed everything they told us before coming so we didn’t have to bother them during the week. They have a stunning view of the bay! We loved the visits from the macaws in the tree out front each morning. We will definitely be back. We love Costa Rica and it has captured our hearts!

Very comfortable home with a fantastic porch facing the ocean for evening sunsets. The hosts provide great recommendations and answer promptly to any questions during the stay. The pool is just steps away and is never crowded. Would definitely stay again.

The Condo will not disappoint!

The balcony is large and perfect for watching the waves during the day and the sunset every night. The pool c/w a hot tub and washrooms a few steps from the condo is, I think, the best kept secret and better than any other pool there. There were lots of chairs, lounges and shade and it was not busy at all. Full kitchen, BBQ on the patio, washer, dryer, ice maker, dishwasher and the air conditioner was awesome. We rented a golf cart from ECCR just outside the gate to go to the beach, restaurants and the grocery store down the road. German (Herman) was our go to guy when we needed a ride from and back to the airport or an adventure which he booked for us. He was always right there on WhatsApp and returned our call immediately. It was sunny and 28 degrees every day. I golfed at the golf course and it was great, but hot at 2:00 in the afternoon. Everyone was very helpful and the gated community made us not even think about safety during the day or a nighttime walk or dip in the pool. There is an elevator but we never needed it. I would go again and recommend 9B to anyone that asked. Thanks Randy, the host, for always returning my texts. You have a beautiful place in paradise.

The property was better then the listing described. The views were excellent every evening from the terrace for the sunsets. We rented a golf cart which is a must so that you can easily travel to the restaurants, marina, golf course and to just explore. The condo was well stocked with everything that you could need to eat it our just enjoy a few cocktails on the balcony. The host was very helpful in every aspect of our first visit to Costa Rica. When we arrived there was water and sodas in the refrigerator which was a nice surprise. The access to the beach club was also a nice addition if you wanted little more activity for your day. Everything from the wildlife, scenery, comfort of the condo right down to the security guards at the gate was perfect. We can't wait to come back again and would definitely want to stay right here ! We had a wonderful stay here with our family! Spacious, clean accommodations with comfortable rooms and a huge patio looking out onto the grounds and beach. We saw macaws and toucans, as well as a beautiful sunset every evening. Loved the pool and hot tub right by the condo! We used the golf cart (rented) a lot to go back and forth from the marina and restaurants. Los Sueños is amazing and the condo was great. Thank you, we hope to visit again!
