Entering the house, you will find 2 spacious rooftop covered parking spaces with heat insulation to keep your vehicles dry and fresh in the tropical weather.



The open concept living area features comfortable seating, a 55" flat screen TV with HD Digital package, and easy access to the kitchen and terrace.



Whether you plan to cook for your family or just want to entertain a few guests, the stylish and spacious kitchen is fully equipped to meet your needs, with full-size stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, a large dining table and a large breakfast bar.
