'I enjoyed my stay at the property. The staff was organized and very helpful, not to mention how lovely the property was and so well-maintained. Even the breakfast was delicious!'

'We recently stayed at this newer Hyatt property and unfortunately were very underwhelmed. The staff was friendly, which I do appreciate, but the overall cleanliness and experience did not meet the standards I associate with the Hyatt brand. When we entered the room, there were crumbs left on the counters, dust covering the lamps, and even dead bugs on the floor. The walls/floors also seemed very thin because we could clearly hear the people upstairs, and dogs barking early in the morning around...

'Overall, our stay was nice. I think the price was a little high for the size room we had. Also would've been nice to have a small microwave, but we did have a mini fridge, which was nice. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and the A/C worked like a dream. I didn't sample the breakfast. My husband thought the choices were lacking but said the food was still good. The staff were also kind and welcoming.'
