« We stayed for one night at this hotel - it was fantastic. One of the best features is that it is up in the hills close to the chairlift site up to the volcanic cone. It is also far away from the very touristy coastal region and nestling in some very expensive privately owned homes, which were very pleasant to drive around. There is nobody staffing the hotel but checking in was a breeze as they communicated very clearly with us by messaging. We turned up and our room was open with the key inside....
« La gare ne peut pas être plus près, très pratique. Le onsen de l’hôtel s’est avéré une belle expérience. Avec son maximum de 6 personnes à la fois , cela rend l’expérience intimiste et relaxante. Nous avons grandement apprécié le petit déjeuner varié et en abondance. L’établissement offre pour le soir un dîner à la carte délicieux. Peu de choix mais tout de même une belle expérience . »

« Staying at Kona Stay to start a bicycle trip is the best choice. The staff was great, very helpful, lot of recommendations and easy to talk with. The dormitory was very clean and calm. The onsen was also clean and very welcome after a long day. The atmosphere in the hotel is great, I will definitely come again for my next trip to Izu. »
