Spend your days in the sun at the pool or lazy river just a few steps from your private getaway, or take a short drive to Snow Canyon State Park or Tuacahn! With 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, there is sure to be plenty of room for all of your favorite people! Challenge each other to ping pong in the garage or some games on the PS4 if the weather is poor, or spend an evening curled up on the comfortable living room couches watching a movie! Soccer vacation

This house was amazing! With all the bedrooms and amenities it was perfect for our family and friends to stay the host were fantastic to work with. Without hesitation they answered my questions and adressed my concerns. House was clean and orderly. We will definitely stay here again. Or at least in another red sands property.

Our family of 14 ranged in age from 3 to 77! The home was on a single level with 5 beds/5 baths! The bunk room provided space for the littles. The family/living/kitchen area was open & spacious for food, fun & games! The hot tub was a bonus! Many happy memories were made. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Enough rooms for the whole family!

Our family of 16 had a great time! Everyone had their own bathroom in each of the bedroom and the kids absolutely loved being at kids cove. The location was close to the water park and the place was clean (except for the floor which made our feet black on the bottom) and the kitchen was well stocked. The kids loved the PlayStations and the bunk room. We would book this unit again.

We really enjoyed our stay in your home and we hope to return again. Few of the bed sheet covers were bit dirty and had other hair in it, but we didn’t mind that too much as we just removed it from the bed and the kitchen floor has few of the common bug’s laying, this would jut a feedback to your cleaning company. Overall extremely happy with the communication I have received and by far the best place in the Paradise Village we stayed so far. Thank you for your hospitality.

Great space!

We came with 3 other families for Christmas. We loved the number of bedrooms and that each bedroom had its own bathroom. There was lots of space to spread out and we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The pool was close and convenient but having a hot tub on the back patio was even better! The house could use a good deep clean of the carpets and comforters but overall it was clean and acceptable. Will stay here again!

Amazing home!

We were blown away by the house and proximity to the water park. The house included all the necessities (cookware, extra linens, etc) that made it very comfortable. Communication was great about all questions/concerns. Smart tablet in the kitchen highlighting local entertainment and instructions on operating various amenities was great. We will certainly return for future stays.

Great spot for multiple families

Great spot for multiple families to drop for a while. Right next door to an amazing waterpark and lazy river that is part of the neighborhood and community. 5 big bedrooms all with own bath. Great back deck with dining and upper deck with amazing views. We had a great time. Highly recommend.

Perfect stay in Santa Clara

Everything was great! The dishwasher didn't work for a few days, but a repairman got a part replaced and we were back in business again. This is our second time to book this property as it works out great for our family of 13. We will probably stay again sometime!

Fun family get together

Property is nice and well appointed for a larger group. 4 standard bedrooms with bathrooms in each and a bunk room for kids. The finishes are up to date and the hot tub and grill are a nice perk. The property is within walking distance of a nice pool area and a short drive to a pool park with slides and a lazy river. Its a bit of a drive to town but there's no traffic and there is a fantastic grocery store just down the block. The only disappointment we had was that several of the appliances were not in fully functioning condition. The oven did not keep temp and would cause frustration as things were not cooking well. The microwave above the stove did not work without some manipulation but they did provide a small backup microwave that suited our needs. Also, the dishwasher would randomly shut off shortly after starting or sound a notification ongoing at 4 am each morning to no reason. The rental agency said they were working on fixing these things so they are at least aware but it would be good if they could complete the repairs before renting out again. Overall a great trip where many family memories were made.
