Nous avons passé un super séjour à romance Istanbul Hotel, propre, bien placé, personnel accueillant souriant et à l écoute, celui ci est très bien situé. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et varié. Nous recommandons cet établissement, pour nous l un des meilleurs.

Séjour agréable
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au sein de cet hôtel. Tout était agréable. La taille de la chambre, le confort du lit, la proximité avec le tramway ainsi que le centre-ville et les restaurants. Tout était parfait, hormis la piscine et le jacuzzi non chauffée pour notre réservation. Il n'était pas à la bonne température indiquée. Certainement un oubli. À part ça, tout était parfait.

Parfait séjour
Excellent séjour au romance hôtel. L hôtel est très bien placé à deux pas des lieux à visiter ( ayasofia , blue mosqee, topkapi palace …). Il y a deux restaurants tout autour et des boutiques. Le tramway passe devant. Si vous arrivez en taxi , il faut se faire déposer devant le yasmak hôtel qui se trouve à 100 m. Les chambres sont joliment décorés, avec tous les accessoires nécessaires. Le petit déjeuner est absolument fantastique, n hésitez pas à demander les oeufs , les pancakes que l on vous prépare à l assiette. Le personnel du petit déjeuner est très gentil et attentionné, comme l ensemble du personnel d ailleurs. N hésitez pas à aller au restaurant du yasmak hôtel ( ils travaillent ensemble), restaurant en rooftop avec des prix très correct et une jolie vue en plus! Le sauna /piscine est également très bien , la therapiste balinaise est très gentille et douce. Le seul petit bémol est l insonorisation des chambres, le quartier est animé mais on entend en plus les bruits des autres chambres. Tout a été parfait et nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

L'hotel est très bien situé. Le service est excellent. Le petit déjeuner est bien fourni. La chambre était spacieuse et extrêmement propre et sultanesque. Après plus d'une quinzaine d'hôtel du même standing à Istanbul le Romance restera le meilleur.

tout détail dans cet hotel est fait avec grand gout, c est juste sublime. la propreté et le confort au top, le style est unique et nous fait vraiment voyager a l époque des sultans. le quartier est bouillonnant de vie, plein de cafés, de restos, de galeries d arts, de lumiéres et de musique. Personnel non accueillant pas souriant sauf l’equipe du petit dej qui eux sont très gentil. Nous avons séjourné’ au sultania l’an dernier qui fait partit du même groupe Yasmak Hotels je vous déconseille le romance, allez plutôt au sultania, le personnel et l’accueil n’a rien à avoir pour un 5 étoiles. Service 0 ! Ménage bâclé dans les chambres,!le service n’est pas digne d’un 5 étoiles et par dessus tous le staff est de mèche avec les taxis qui arnaque en donnant des prix fixe pour leur courses et en refusant d’allumer leur compteurs. Très déçu

C'est notre 3 ème séjour à Romance. Tout y est parfait. Excellente qualité prix . On remercie specialement Rehima qui est au petit soin, le matin au petit déjeuner. Hakan a la réception qui nous surclasse à chaque visite. Le SPA est digne des milles et une nuit, profitez en si vous choisissez Romance.

On l'a découvert par pur hasard en novembre et depuis on l'a adopté. c'est plus un petit palais avec sa décoration, son personnel au petit soin et son SPA exeptionnel : piscine Hamam Sauna tout est est décoré avec goût. on avait séjourné en Août dans un hôtel haut standing mais il ne rivalise pas avec Romance.

Stayed here for 5 nights in May and the location is great in the old town Staff were very attentive and great service. Hotel is nicely styled, better in our opinion than more modern plain style - we liked it. Had breakfast at hotel 4 mornings and pre-booked this was at a special rate which made it worthwhile. Bed was comfortable, room was clean and had everything we needed. Curtains don’t fully cover window so some light does get in - if you like a dark room then bring sleep mask. Use of pool (small - can’t do laps but pleasant) plus steam room / sauna included. Can use hamman. Would recommend staying at this hotel for location and service, glad we stayed here

The hotel is very comfortable, clean & really welcoming. From meeting us when the taxi pulled up to talking us through all the tourist attractions & travel options everyone was really helpful. This was a boutique hotel so everything was individual. The staff were especially helpful and friendly and spoke excellent English. The location was ideal. There are tramlines outside the hotel which makes orientation around Istanbul easy - just find the tram line and follow it home. Also lots of restaurants very closeby.

Loved this little boutique hotel! Spa was fabulous, and I celebrated my birthday here (they surprised me with a cake!). Everyone was really nice and welcoming, location is perfect - very walkable and right off the tram line.

A real gem
Staying at independent hotels is always a risk; there is no risk associated with this beautiful little hotel set amidst the central tourist area of Istanbul. The service is excellent from check in to check out. The rooms are well provided and very clean. Staff are always on hand to ensure your comfort. Breakfast is well worth the charge, and the table service excellent. All in all a little gem of a place to stay.

The olive restuarant affiliated with Romance was excellent. We ate there 2x. The pool was fantastic after a long day. Bring a swim cap or they have them there for a small fee. I did the hamman scrub which was excellent. Very close to all. Daily tea time was nice. I would stay here again!
