'Had I known I will have a room without a window I would have never booked the stay. It’s not a hotel and definitely not 4 star as it states online. The place was sterile and clean but the sheets were half way stripped down when I got there and it is one of the most depressing places I have ever stayed. I would not stayed again for the money I paid.'

'We had an amazing stay at Nattivo Collection Hotel in San Andrés! The hotel is beautiful, modern, and very well maintained. What really made our stay exceptional was the staff, they were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always available to help with anything we needed or answer any questions. Their hospitality made us feel right at home. The location is another huge plus. It's within walking distance of the beautiful beaches, great restaurants, shops, and nightlife, making it easy to enjoy...

'Great location, just couple of blocks from the beach. We got a room on the first floor and it was very small. Water will come out of the shower, so take quick showers. Staff is very friendly and they kept our bags in the locker at no cost. Area is safe!'

'No hot water / chairs at swimming pool so old that you can’t comfortably sit on them / rude staff / made agreement to reimburse the last 3 days of our trip but now management of the hotel does not return the money corresponding to those nights , although we checked out 3 days earlier as compared to the original reservation '
