« La chambre était propre, mais l’accueil laissait à désirer : le personnel s’est montré peu aimable et de mauvaise humeur. De plus, un exercice d’alarme incendie a été organisé sans information préalable la veille. Nous avons été réveillés à 9h57 par une alarme qui a duré environ 15 minutes. Un mot avait bien été déposé le matin même pour prévenir, mais il est peu utile lorsque les clients dorment encore.
En revanche, l’hôtel bénéficie d’un emplacement pratique, à proximité des bus et du métro. »

« Great hotel. Staff fantastic. But keeping room functioning properly seems to be a miss. We had broken shower door, no Kleenex, no soap seems like no one was checking. But team had it fixed asap.
Also, breakfast wise, coffee not good and specialty eggs mediocre. I have had much better at other properties.
But ambiance is fantastic. »
