La villa dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équip��e, y compris un lave-vaisselle, avec du blanc armoires et comptoirs nettes. Le salon dispose d'un mobilier confortable avec un canap���-lit, d'une t���lévision haute d��finition avec lecteur Blu-ray et d'un accès au balcon privé. La chambre d'hôtes a deux lits jumeaux avec une nouvelle literie, de nouveaux planchers en bois, une t��lévision à écran plat avec lecteur DVD, et partage une salle de bain complète avec le hall. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size avec une literie neuve, d'une tél����vision à écran plat avec un magn����toscope / lecteur DVD, d'un accès au balcon privé, et dispose d'une salle de bain privée complète avec deux lavabos et une douche ����� l'italienne. The accommodations had everything we needed. Thank you. The one issue we had was the tv and the internet. We had to reboot the internet several times during the day.

There was an issue in the master bedroom with the cleanliness/water, and the door did not close properly. The sink in the kitchen was clogged and I had to fix it. The view and neighborhood was amazing. Some of the furniture was dirty.

Air conditioner worked! Clean, room better than expected, location great, pool and beach very nice. Would stay again. Only complaint, dishwasher didnt clean dishes and master bed was very, very uncomfortable.

The proximity to the beach was great and while we wouldn’t recommend this room the other rooms rented were much better. The stove elements worked inconsistently, the microwave door was hard to open, the sink faucet handle was broken, and the showers needed to be cleaned by scrubbing.

Nice but a couple of hiccups

Property was beautiful- and we had a wonderful time; however, condo internet was not good and coffee pots were not cleaned. We chose to go purchase our own coffee pot.

Thankful Relocation to Shipwatch C 316

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The key to a good company is that when something goes wrong that the service provider make it right, right away. About a week into our stay at the condo we rented at Port O Call we experienced an afternoon fire at our rental while we were out at the pool. We heard the sirens, but didn't think anything of it not knowing that the fire was in our unit. I called Island Realty and explained the situation to the front desk and was told to get back in contact with them after the firemen had finished putting it out. I was given Aine O'Brien's phone number and called her back after learning that there was smoke damage and a wall torn out in the unit to get to the root of the fire and the condo was uninhabitable. Fortunately the only things that we lost were a pair of Sketchers and a pair of slippers. Aine came out immediately after I called her back and said that she had relocated us to Shipwatch and texted us the info to get in. After a few hours of packing up the car we moved into C 316.The property was very nice! It had a great view of the ocean and chairs to sit out on the balcony overlooking the pool, a comfortable bed, large shower with plenty of hot water, a well stocked kitchen, very clean, and plenty of room for us. We enjoyed our stay at Shipwatch and particularly Aine's quick response to our circumstances and generous credit to offset the losses we incurred. I don't know what would have happened if we had booked with a VRBO or AirBnb but I don't think that the result would have been the same. Thanks to Aine and her team at Island Realty!!

Comfortable Condo; Frustrating TV/WIFI connections

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the condo's furnishings and beautiful view of the ocean. The condo was clean and well kept. But we had repeated problems with the TV and its WIFI connection even after a maintenance worker had visited to (temporarily) correct the malfunction. "No connection" was a message we saw on the TV screen regularly, an especially irritating problem during the Winter Olympics!

Restful Autumn Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have never stayed at Isle of Palms before and did not know what to expect. (Hurricane Helene washed out the normal route between Tennessee and North Carolina, which made our travel interesting.) However, we couldn't have been more pleased with our condo, with Wild Dunes, and with IOP. Our only issue is with conflicting expectations for checkout. We received numerous messages, and the info in the check-in packet was very clear, but the list posted in the condo was different, and the last message had info that wasn't in the others (re: bed linens). I don't think it was a big deal, but all communication should match. We had left for home the evening prior to our checkout day and didn't receive the last message until we were already 2 hours way to fix it at that point. Other than this, we had a fantastic trip.

We couldn't get the wifi to work on any of our streaming services for more than 10 minutes before we were bumped off. We tried everything to get a stronger signal, including taking all of our mobile devices off the wifi, rebooting the Roku remotes/sticks and then rebooting the wifi system. None of the TVs would pick up and hodl the signal. There are no hairdryers in any bathrooms. Renters should know that the washer/dryer are mini-size, not full-size. The lock on the living room slider door to the balcony keeps locking. Maintenance fixed it once but it locked up again. Overall, the condo is nice and in a great location.

We had an issue with the power washing by the Shipwatch HOA which Island Realty took care of. HOA could've done more to inform the short-term and new renters through elevator signs or notices directly on the doors. We definitely enjoyed Shipwatch and hope to return.

Seems like a bit of a reach to require the guest to perform a 5 minute task which is just as easily completed by staff.
