« Positives: comfy bed, good layout, proximity to Hampton Park and local restaurants (recommend Berkeley's)Negatives: parking - tricky to get out, really only for one car but we managed to squeeze two; sofa not as comfortable as it looks but not a deal breakerBe aware: because this is a basement unit, the ceilings are low - especially in the bathroom; the heating/cooling unit and the dehumidifiers did a great job of keeping the space comfortable but know that they do make significant background...
