« No light on in hotel on arrival, front door locked, rang bell no answer, phoned hotel straight to answer machine, read note hanging off the front door deliveries to side of building, side door open nobody around went through several doors shouting hello but nobody answered went through private door and got someone who got the key for room. 83 year old lady had to then walk up four flights stairs room in the attic was family room. « We have just had the most incredible stay since the minute we arrived on Friday. The staff couldnât be more helpful or friendly. Jasmine in the Spa is deserving of a special mention. As someone who rarely gets treatments, I was very unsure of myself she immediately put me at ease as well as delivering the most relaxing salt scrub. « Room confort was OK but loud (windows and corridor) , no plug near the bed and small bathroom.
The hotel and furnitures are outdated and the service is poor. Coffee/tea/water... not refilled if you're staying.
Laundry took a week to get back when it's stated you give it in the morning and get it back in the evening.
Breakfast is alright but expensive for it's quality.
