'Property is amazing and home renovation and condition was outstanding, unfortunately we went on a cold weekend and the room was freezing (60°F) with no way to adjust temperature. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. These conditions resulting in almost no sleep.'

Plenty of places to sit witha book or other activity. '

'We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night stay. Our king room on the first floor was very comfortable, spotless, had a large bathroom, and even a little back deck. The historic property was beautifully restored and clearly very well cared for by innkeeper Veronica and her team. Veronica's gourmet breakfasts were a huge treat, different every morning, and served with attention to every detail in the elegant dining room. Veronica was happy to share suggestions on activities and restaurants in the area....

'Room was not clean when first in, and they don't clean everyday, even when requested. Low end tourist spot, try Ritz or Omni, it is worth the premium if there for a few days.'

'There are two primary reasons I rated this property 3 out of 5 stars. The room and facilities were very nice. However, this is a Springhill Suites, not a Motel 6. I did not expect to hear my neighbors walking on the floor above me, nor did I expect to hear them using the bathroom. This is not what I expect from a well-respected, higher-end chain like Springhill Suites. The other reason I am not completely happy is the parking fees. I knew about the $15/day parking when I reserved the room, but...

'Breakfast was good. Variety for all diets. I noticed that the coffee machine was slow and had a line, but other than that, everything was great!'

'The room was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We had some minor problems with the shower and it was fixed in a short time. We liked that the hotel was within a short walk to the beach. Some good restaurants nearby. Overall it was a great stay. '
