'Hotel Volcano is in a great location close to shopping, food, and the beach. We had a lovely stay here and the included breakfast was great. We had some difficulty booking from outside the country though. Even through I booked through hotels.com, they made me call and pay with my card by phone which I didn’t feel comfortable with. In the end everything worked out but I booked through hotels.com to avoid putting my card info out there. '

'Aangezien de boot van Puerto Ayora vroeg in de ochtend arriveerde, konden we ook al eerder inchecken (vonden we netjes). De schoonmaakster ontving ons met de sleutel. Het appartement werd na 3 dagen intensief schoongemaakt; dit geldt voor gasten die langer dan 3 dagen blijven. De bedden waren weg goed (stevig). Het was wel warm, maar de ventilatoren maakten veel goed). Airco was wel fijn geweest, maar niet noodzakelijk, gezien de duurzame gedache achter het hele 'Chez Manany'...

'Abel was very kind and flexible when I checked in. The view from my room was amazing!! The facility was nice for the cost. The only drawback was that the WiFi didn’t reach to my room, so I had to stay by the lobby in order to use it. I understand that this is the exception and most of the other rooms on the property can use the WiFi from the room. '

'We moved this place, from its location right across the beach, to the decor and service. The place is spotless and the room’s decor and furnishing were top notch. Comfortable beds and the perfect view. Our room led to a mini jacuzzi and it was perfect for relaxing after a day full of tours and activities. Rebekka and the while staff were very kind, diligent and professional. I highly recommend this place. Worth the price. '
