« Breakfast was the bare minimum. The only hot option was biscuits and gravy and the biscuits where rock hard. The hot tub was out of order. The picture for the pool and hot tub online must have been taken about 5-10 years ago and does not represent the current state it is in. The pictures of the rooms also look much nicer than what they are, hotel is very patched together/ older and could use a quick paint job in alot of locations.The room and hotel were on the dirtier side. « Kos grove cottage was a perfect location and home for 4 girlfriends celebrating many years of friendship. Our hostess, Heather, was very helpful! The house was exactly like the description and photos with a lovely screened porch, but too chilly for our fall stay. It could sleep more if needed, but perfect size for us. « Everything was clean, staff was nice, however early in the morning before our checkout, my child was sitting at the desk in our room and a cleaning person took it upon themselves to let themself in our room. However, once they saw someone in the room, they quickly left. Everything else was fine. But also, what happened to knocking first and announcing yourself? »
