'We spent the weekend to celebrate our grandsons first birthday. We wanted a place with a pool as he loves the water. Nice location, about 10 minutes away from stores. Super quiet neighborhood. On a golf course so no houses behind the house. House was clean but did find a few spiders but it’s florida. 'Our 1st trip to the river and it did not disappoint. This house is located around the corner from a public ramp and boat rental place. In addition to kayaking, we also rented a skiff and went east up the river for the day for about $125. Tina's place is a great space for family to enjoy. The house has a fully stocked kitchen with plenty of spices. Host is very responsive as well! We hope to book again soon. '

'Decent stay with lots of space! We rented this house for a scalloping weekend with family and we all had a great time. The ping pong table was our absolute favorite part of this rental and we had so many laughs in the entertainment room. The kitchen could use some better pans and restocking (there was no coffee, kitchen sponges, or extra trash bags) but overall it wasn't a bad place to stay for a short trip.'

'The owner was very pleasant to work with and was available pre, post & during our rental. The home was comfortable for 4 adults to relax and visit. Plenty of towels. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable. The bed in the 2nd bedroom, I was told was not comfortable, but when I checked the bed it seemed soft and quite possibly not supportive for some. The kitchen was fully equipped. We only made breakfast and had everything we needed, the option for drip coffee or Keurig coffee worked out...
