The Space:

Welcome to your White Mountains getaway, a spacious multi-level home designed for families and groups who want plenty of room to gather while still enjoying separate sleeping and recreation areas throughout the property.



From the entrance, the mudroom provides a convenient place to settle in after a day outdoors. A wooden storage bench with built-in coat hooks and an overhead shelf offers space for jackets, boots and outdoor gear, with additional wall hooks nearby to help keep everything organized.



The lower level provides extra space and privacy away from the main gathering areas. This level includes a bedroom with two twin beds along with a recreation area, making it especially convenient for children, teens or guests who appreciate having their own space to unwind.



The main level is where the kitchen, dining area and living room flow together beneath soaring vaulted ceilings. Large windows and skylights bring natural light into the space, while hardwood floors, exposed wood details and mountain-inspired décor create a warm lodge-style atmosphere.



The living room centers around a dramatic floor-to-ceiling natural stone fireplace with a wooden mantel. Comfortable leather seating includes a sofa, loveseat and armchair arranged around a wooden coffee table, giving the group plenty of room to relax after a day in the mountains.



Please note: Fireplace is not available for guest-use.



A 55-inch smart TV provides entertainment for movie nights and relaxed evenings at home, while high-speed Wi-Fi is available for streaming, browsing and staying connected.

The open kitchen keeps meal preparation connected to the rest of the group. Whether you are making breakfast before heading to Story Land, packing lunches for a hike or preparing dinner after a day on the slopes, the full-size kitchen provides the essentials for a comfortable stay.



Kitchen amenities include: Full-size refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cookware and kitchen essentials, generous cabinet and counter space.



The adjacent dining table seats six and sits between the kitchen and living room, creating an easy gathering place for shared meals, morning coffee and evening conversations.

Sliding glass doors open directly onto the spacious private deck, extending the main living area outdoors.

Please note: This property accommodates up to 10 guests, and the primary guest must be 25+ with ID if requested. Unapproved late check-outs incur a $250 fee, and extra guests beyond the reservation count are charged $50 per person, per night. No pets, parties, or events are allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Violations will result in a $500 fine, plus any additional charges for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

- Guest Verification & Rental Agreement: A photo ID, guest registration form, and signed rental agreement are required to confirm your reservation. Primary booking guest must have at least one prior stay history on Vrbo and maintain a 5-star guest rating/review history. Reservations that do not meet these requirements may be subject to additional screening, cancellation, or a refundable security deposit request at the host’s discretion.

- The primary guest must be 25+ with ID if requested.

- Unapproved late check-outs incur a $250 fee, and extra guests beyond the reservation count are charged $50 per person, per night.

- Pets, parties or events are not allowed.

Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the home during their reservation, including the four bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, living room, lower-level recreation area, mudroom, private deck and guest-accessible amenities provided for the stay.



Guests will also have access to the high-speed Wi-Fi and keyless entry. The property offers plenty of parking and can accommodate approximately six vehicles.
