Romantische hotels in Interior Alaska

'Pros: pet friendly. However, after a long day of driving I REALLY wanted a hot shower but this is a completely dry cabin which is fine, but it doesn’t say in the listing whether or not there is a shower so I guess I should have assumed not. Couldn’t figure out how to bring the ladder down to sleep upstairs (was fastened with a chain that could not be undone) and went to message the owner but the WiFi from the hosts cabin (right across from the rental) did not reach my cabin. Ended up sleeping on...

'Highly recommend this Vrbo! It is an upstairs apartment with beautiful views out all windows. The snowy mountains in the back and the snowy Christmas trees in the front made for a winter wonderland! It was -30 during our stay and the heater provided plenty of warmth and we never ran out of hot water. Close to the park and close to the grocery store. We had a couple unique things pop up before staying and the owners were very understanding and accommodating. Thanks for an amazing stay! '

'The listing did not mention that he had more than one cabin. We arrived late in the evening which made it challenging to find. It is definitely off the beaten path and would probably be a bit easier to find during the day. When we arrived at we thought was our cabin we put in the door code that was provided and walked in and much to our surprise there was another guest there. I'm sure we scared her death walking in and we were surprised by someone else being there. The other guest told us...

'We liked the house a lot. Only the noise from the neighbouring house was a minus. It was nice and close to the three bear grocery store and also a nice scenic drive to Denali. We even saw a moose in a pond. That was a bonus'

'We had a positive stay at the Dome Home. The public spaces where comfortable and inviting. We stayed in two rooms because of a mistake in booking. The first room had a wonderful sauna but the shower was not great. Other than that both the rooms had comfortable beds and clean. The hosts where kind and the food was good. It was a pleasure to connect with other guests. '
