' Very cozy stay and very nice host'

'We were really impressed with the cottage. Upon arrival the exterior was somewhat deceiving but once you step inside all doubts are gone. The cottage is so much more than we anticipated including all of the amenities. Honestly there is so much to do at this property that you really have no need to leave. 'The boathouse was awesome! The view of Lake Simcoe is unbeatable and the sunset was amazing. The water was warm but bring water shoes if you wish to swim near the dock. The host provides lots of water toys to make the lake enjoyable. We will look to return here next season for sure! Thank you John for a great getaway.'

'Perfect spot on lake simcoe! Water was amazing temp and the view from the patio was impeccable. House was very clean. Lots of space in the house to sleep, great kitchen size. The fire pit area was a bit hard to access/use. Communication with Byron was always easy and quick! '

The host was always very responsive. The hot tub was a hit with everyone. The property had a lot of amenities not normally found on a property of this size. A real find in cottage country.
