'the staff at the check in it’s very kind and helpful. check me in so quick . and the guy that help us our bags , was so nice and helpful. he even call us taxi . i’m just a little disappointed when we eat breakfast because i ask to make my dad 2 sunny side up eggs . they forget about it took long . then when i told them where my dad eggs he make us 1 egg so quick and it was burnt . but everything else was fantastic at the buffet.'

'The Executive Room is very spacious. Coffee and water are available anytime, and the daily breakfast is good. The staff were very helpful. The air conditioning in our room worked well, although the air conditioning in the lounge/breakfast area was not very strong. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at YBC. It is conveniently located, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and shops nearby.'

'This is a well maintained, quiet and restful hotel. I would recommend it for anyone going to Subic Bay. The only thing that I had a problem with was that there was no kettle in the room for coffee or tea in the morning.'

The pool was small but also clean, the room same high quality and clean with shower comfort from grohe just like home👍.you really could see that the staff do all efforts to give there guest a warm welcome in a cleaned room..you get alot of value for youre money. we certainly come back here at the next time'

'Staffs are friendly, i stayed here 2years ago and it was nice, came back for overnight with my husband it change i thing you have to upgrade the bed its not confortable to sleepin, h20 presure in the shower is not great and we seen small cockroach around...need to improve...it was good before this thime👎👎👎'
