« Great staff, but property is worn. Shower handles are chipping paint, no phone chargers anywhere in room, no water in fitness center. Lacking updates and maintenance - esp for a Hilton property. Lastly, there was no notification that all of the surrounding streets are torn up and under construction - absolutely no parking, unless it pay for their valet. »

« Nice sized room but hotel is showing some wear. Feels more run down than a typical DoubleTree. »

« Room smelled like smoke, gave headaches to my family. Breakfast was good, wish it was included into the price. Gym was nice, little bit warm. »

« The room was very nice. The Starbucks party for breakfast was not a very good option. The ice machine on the BR level was broken, which is the only one you can use before 8am. »

« Water pressure is awful, took me an extra 20 minutes to get my hair rinsed. Housekeeping is every other day so if you need towels, water, or clean sheets you are out of luck and have to buy water from store at double price. Pool occupancy is 9, so if you go down there and there is a birthday party happening like we did you are out of luck and can't swim. Hotel was clean, nice and surroundings were good. The parking is good other than when it rains it floods. Not sure we will stay again but again...
