Hôtel près de Infield at the Zoo (Omaha)

« I had one of the worst experiences in this hotel/casino. While I was waiting for the chek in I got approached by security, they asked me for my ID and tried to take a picture of it, after that they asked me for my date of birth. They said I look suspicious. »

« A nice place to stay but needs some upkeep to an older building. Staff was pleasant and the breakfast was good. »

« Worst and night mare experience. Full smoke smell across the hotel. Restroom are worst. Rooms look like ghosted house. »

« I just needed a refund, because the state of the room and environment scared my 6 year old. »

« There was a “kiosk “ attendant virtually to check in and fix the room card. We stayed 3 nights and had NO HOUSEKEEPING the entire time. Room key had to be fixed every night. NO STAFF ON SITE! had to wait until the next day to just get a blow dryer that should have been in the room to begin with. No staff is horrible. The Virtual attendant was clearly in another country »

« Staff was a little impersonal - not unfriendly, but not welcoming either. The check-in process seemed purely transactional. The hotel room itself was in disrepair - exposed carpet tacks; lamps without shades; facial tissue plugging up holes in walls; disconnected smoke alarms. The bed linens were clean, at least. »

« Excellent système d’appartement attention de bien respecter les règles qui sont clairement donné à l'entrée des lieux, ce n'est pas un hôtel a proprement parler c'est un genre d'apparthotel mais vous avez une liberté totale, perso nous avons bcp aimé seul réel problème la taille du lit qui est ridicule pour un lit double!( on nous a dit qu'ils seraient changé très prochainement) Pensez a prendre vos casseroles et autres poêles, couverts ect car il n'y a rien dans les placards par contre...

« Overall we had a very nice stay. Staff was very friendly. The only thing that was very noticeable was there were a lot of maintenance that needed to happen. Our room's closet door was gone, in the shower there was a couple fixtures that needed to be fixed and other things throughout the hotel. »

« AC worked well, sink took some muscle to turn on and off, definitely not easy to use! Rooms were very small for the price paid. Area was clean though, older facility for sure. It worked for just a place to rest! »
