The Minty is a two-level, four-bedroom home designed to give families, friends and traveling teams a comfortable place to stay near Downtown Noblesville.

The home accommodates up to 8 guests across five beds:

Smart TVs are available in the living room and bedrooms, and Wi-Fi is provided throughout the home.

The kitchen island offers seating for two. Please note that the home does not currently have a traditional dining table, so it may not suit groups seeking formal indoor dining for all 8 guests at once.

Outside, guests can relax on the furnished covered front porch. The home also has an unfenced backyard that pets may use, although it does not currently include outdoor seating, a grill or a firepit.

Hosted by Lazy Sunday Rentals, a locally owned and operated Indianapolis-area hospitality team, The Minty is thoughtfully prepared and supported for an easy, comfortable stay.

Guests have private access to the entire home, covered front porch, backyard and parking area during their stay.

One locked storage closet is reserved for owner and operational supplies and is not available to guests.

Parking includes a side parking pad that accommodates up to 2 vehicles, with additional street parking available where permitted.

Self check-in is provided through a smart lock. Detailed arrival and access instructions will be sent before check-in.

Our team monitors guest messages daily from 7:00 AM–10:00 PM Eastern Time. Guests will also receive an on-call phone number for urgent overnight property matters. For health & safety emergencies, guests should call 911.

Downtown Noblesville’s Courthouse Square is the center of the city’s shopping, dining and community events. The home also offers convenient driving access to Ruoff Music Center, Grand Park Sports Campus, Hamilton Town Center and other Hamilton County destinations.

Guests can walk or drive to Downtown Noblesville, depending on the destination and personal preference. A vehicle is recommended for reaching Ruoff Music Center, Grand Park, Hamilton Town Center and destinations outside the downtown area.

Parking is available for 2 vehicles on the side parking pad. Additional street parking may be available, subject to posted restrictions and local regulations.

Travel times can vary due to traffic, concerts, tournaments, construction and seasonal events.

The home accommodates a maximum of 8 guests.
There are 4 steps required to enter the home.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 and the upstairs bathroom require climbing stairs.
Bedrooms 1 and 2 are located on the main level.
The main-level bathroom is private and attached to Bedroom 1.
The home does not have a dining table; the kitchen island seats 2.
The backyard is not fenced.
There is currently no grill, firepit or backyard furniture.
Up to 2 pets are permitted with a fee of $115 per pet, per stay.
Pets are not permitted on beds, sofas or other furniture.
Guests must pick up pet waste; waste bags are provided.
A locked storage closet is not available to guests.
The reservation holder must be at least 21 years old and remain at the property during the stay.
Completion of the Lazy Sunday Rentals guest agreement and ID verification is required after booking.
Optional early check-in and late checkout may be available for $75 each. Approval is required in advance.
No parties or events
No smoking or vaping inside
Only registered guests are permitted without advance approval
Please respect the neighbors and keep outdoor noise low, especially during quiet hours

Security-camera disclosure

The property has two exterior doorbell cameras:

One at the front door, monitoring the front entrance, porch and approach
One at the back door, monitoring the rear entrance and immediate exterior approach

The cameras are located outside, record video when motion is detected and may remain active during reservations. There are no cameras inside the home and no noise-monitoring device.
