    Dit huis heeft meer dan 6.000 m² en 3 verdiepingen woonruimte. Geschikt voor maximaal 22 personen in bedden. De meeste bedden zijn kingsize en queensize bedden. Door het hele huis zijn er 10 slaapkamers en 5 badkamers. Er is voldoende ruimte om luchtbedden op te zetten voor extra slaapplaatsen. Extra kosten voor feesten met meer dan 14 gasten.

    Er is een volledig uitgeruste en functionele grote keuken. De keuken is voorzien van alle nodige voorzieningen en keukengerei om uw maaltijden te hosten en te bereiden.

    6 plasma-tv's met dvd-spelers en kabel met meer dan 100 kanalen door het hele huis. De grote zaal biedt een thuisbioscoop met grote plasma-tv voor ultiem kijkplezier. Gehecht aan de grote kamer is een speelgedeelte met pooltafel, kleibal, darts en een scala aan bordspellen.

We had the best time and this house fit our entire team perfectly for our weekend business trip! The history of the house made it even better!! It’s within walking distance to a fun jazz/piano bar/restaurant. Also close to the Garage with really great food and the best pizza is at Goodfellas .6miles away. If your event is at the convention center or Lucas oil stadium it’s 1 mile away!

We enjoyed our stay here, was as described and had plenty of space for us to spread out and have our own space when needed. Good location, we were in town for a football game and easy access to downtown.

Good location and spacious rooms. Great space for a large group. We enjoyed sitting by the firepit at night. A little disappointed with the cleanliness. Hair in the upstairs bathroom showers, bird poop all over the front porch and back porch furniture dirty. There were also ants all over the kitchen area. We had a great time but for the price was a little disappointing.

Family Reunion

Great property and location. We had a big group for family reunion and everyone had plenty of room. Walked to local breweries and explored Mass Ave. Would highly recommend.

We would appreciate it if the house could be cleaned more thoroughly and fully stocked with essentials for the showers, Additionally, we had to fix the grill ourselves upon arrival to get some steaks grilled, so we’d kindly ask that it be checked and prepared in advance for future stays, overall the location was great and Property Manager answered all our questions

(Art) Was Ready for It…

My husband and our friends (8 total) stayed at this so very spacious property for the Taylor Swift concert weekend and loved every bit. Art was quick with the communication and even let us check in a little early with part of our party arriving earlier in the day. We would definitely stay at this lovely historic home again.

Our group stayed at this house to run the Monumental Marathon and enjoy Indianapolis. We had multiple families staying in the same house with ample room to spread out and enjoy our time in Indy. The house had everything we needed and plenty of space for everyone. The kids (and adults) loved the arcade machine and fire pit in the backyard. There wasn’t a thing we would’ve changed about this property!

Great location

This house had a great location and was HUGE! Best part was it was very quiet! There were 10 of us here and when you went to bed tug couldn’t hear anyone who stayed up! The restaurant right next door was really good and very convenient!

Great Place

There was plenty of space for our group. The rooms were nice and clean. The kitchen and dining areas also had enough space for us to cook meals and eat comfortably. The location was also great! Very close to downtown. The house had maps and pamphlets giving us information about things to do and places to go. Super helpful!

Very Accommodating host

The host was easy to get in touch with and went above and beyond for our special circumstances. The house is a historical home over 100 years old, is spacious and provides easy access to downtown. The house was basically clean and towels and sheets smelled clean. However, it could use a deep cleaning; the house smelled musty. There are some things that would make the house nicer: removing the carpet and replacing it with wood or laminate, making small repairs to door handles and locks, addressing the moldy smell in one of the top floor bathrooms, and updating some of the worn art. The bathroom on the middle floor curtains are see through at night. Adding a second refrigerator would better match the number of persons the house can accommodate.

The size of the house, number of bedrooms, and space was great. Well stocked with towels, paper products as needed. The cleanliness of the place made up for some of the old furnishings-although this adds to the quaintness of the home. We were intrigued by the history of the home. Several activities (planned and spontaneous) were within walking distance. Parking was not a problem for our 6-7 vehicles including 1 very large van. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, paper products, etc. we may have utilized the kitchen more than some visitors. A few things we found were a pair of tongs and a pan were rusted and not usable. I was told the dishwasher detergent didn’t dissolve and didn’t seem to operate properly. The lighter for the firepit didn’t work but didn’t require an emergency call or spoil our fun. Also, the chandelier in the dining room flickered—perhaps a ghost? . But may be worth checking out. We had a wonderful time! Thank you.

Indy Family Fun

Our 17 family members, ages 10 through 79, spent the week that included the 4th of July. We could watch several firworks displays from the corner by our home. The home is a very old historic 3 story house with plenty of bedrooms for all. It was called the Raggedy Anne home and there were alot of pictures, dolls and other memorabilia of the Raggedy Anne doll. The location was good in that it was close to a lot of restaurants, breweries and wineries. Some of the breweries were within walking distance. Several restaurants were also close enough to walk to. We all enjoyed ourselves. We found enough restaurants to accommodate all of us. We especially had fun at the Garage Food Hall, a large building with a collection of diverse eateries. We split up in four groups and played their Trivia game. One of our groups came 1st and another was 3rd. Lot of family fun. The only major issue was the area was under construction with several street closures and noise. This is only temporary so we will still consider returning. .

Not what we were expecting, but hindsight is 20/20

We knew that staying in a 100+ year old house would have its quirks, but I wish I had known: the house is next to a highway & train tracks (train honks at night). At least one of the bedrooms and bathrooms are windowless (thus poor ventilation). One of the rooms has two bunkbeds and the washer/dryer and the water heater... it's a utility room. The bathrooms and shaggy carpets need a deep clean and/or updates. Towels were old and raggedy, some bleach stained. What felt most deceptive was a laminated card in the kitchen asking guests to leave a 5-star review in exchange for a $600 gift card. So in hindsight, I would have had more realistic expectations if I didn't rely on reviews, and if I thought more about the fact that the listing does not include photos of all rooms. I did not contact the host about my concerns, as I felt like no immediate change would impact our stay. What was good: Check-in/out process was easy. Location is walkable to some nice cafes and restaurants. Enjoyed the board game selection.

Perfect group getaway

We had 14 guys on a golf trip and this house was perfect for all of us to stay in one place. It was clean, had plenty of room, and we loved hanging out in the backyard at night. I would recommend staying here for groups.
