« This resort is unacceptable for a Hyatt property.
On the positive side, the design of the pool itself was great for the area, and one of the few properties with a lazy river. The water temperature was refreshing. Beyond that, not much to like.
For context, we stayed here on weekdays. The service here was terrible and unacceptable for this type of resort. The restaurants were significantly understaffed, with extremely slow service for both bar and restaurants. Housekeeping and bell desk...

« Had a wonderful time staying here for the Indian Wells tennis tournament! The house is deceptively large with beautiful modern finishing and the neighborhood itself is in a prime location! It was about a 15 minute drive to the tournament, and about 45 min drive from the airport. It was cool to see them setting up for Coachella, which is located right next door to the neighborhood. Communication was great and checking in and out was a breeze. Highly recommend for any trip to the area! »

« The house was as described, just wonderful. We loved the pool and spa so much. There were plenty of loungers and towels. The management company was super responsive and made sure everything was above and beyond what we needed. We had a hard time understanding the bathroom situation from the descriptions so for anyone considering the house, there is a toilet downstairs and a full bath upstairs accessible to everyone from the hallways.
