Located on a quiet street of well-maintained homes, and with parking right outside, it was a short 1-1/2 block walk to all the shops, restaurants, ferry, docks, etc. The apt is small, but clean and tidy, sun-filled and air-conditioned. We loved staying here and will again in the future. »

« Amazing from start to finish! True secret gem on the North Fork! Arriving later at night, I truly appreciated the notes to drive slowly and watch out for the deer. The house is not missing anything! Outdoor space, bikes with helmets, keypad door, every kitchen supply and more, beach toys and gear, office space, air conditioning etc! Off road parking. I will be back! »

« extra clean brand new rooms. bathroom door did lock by itself and the small hole on the plate outside did unlock it when depressed otherwise perfect. we had 2 under 3 kids and the way it was set up was safe and fun »

« We were 5 adult women and had a wonderful time. The 2 fire pits by the pool were wonderful and the owners were very attentive to our requests and needs, friendly too. Good location next to Shinnecock Bay Beach, walking distance. Would stay here again! »
