This four-bedroom, two-bathroom home in Satellite Beach is built for groups who want space to breathe, a kitchen that actually works, and a backyard worth staying in.

 

Living space

The interior is bright and open, with a living room anchored by a large smart TV and enough comfortable seating for the whole group. Ceiling fans and central air conditioning keep things cool, and the layout moves easily between the indoor spaces and the fenced backyard - so the day flows at whatever pace works for you.

 

Kitchen and dining

The fully equipped kitchen has everything a group needs to cook from scratch or throw together a quick meal - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, baking sheet, wine glasses, and a full set of dishes and cookware. Island seating and a dining table for six make it easy to eat together. For evenings outside, the BBQ grill and shaded outdoor dining area are ready to go.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms sleep up to eight guests across five beds. The primary suite has a king bed and a private bathroom. A second room offers a queen bed for guests who want their own quiet space. The fourth room functions as an additional common area with a futon and its own smart TV, and opens directly to the pool - useful for late-night swims or early mornings before the rest of the house wakes up.

Two full bathrooms serve the home. The primary bathroom is en suite to the king bedroom. The second bathroom includes a shower and tub combination and is accessible for the rest of the group. Both are stocked with shampoo, body soap, hair dryer, and cleaning products.

Melbourne Orlando International Airport is about 25-30 minutes from the home.
