Enjoy an uncrowded private beach with fresh ocean breezes along with a dose of vitamin D sunshine to help cure the doldrums of social distancing.
This fabulous renovated and professionally decorated luxury townhome is a FAMILY VACATION or WINTER RESIDENT'S beach paradise!

This unit is right out of a Coastal Living magazine. Enjoy posh surroundings just steps to one of the areas best beaches. Watch the sunrise and listen to the surf break in the beautifully appointed second floor master suite with a balcony and seating to enjoy the amazing view. Create a scrumptious meal in the kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless appliances. This oceanfront retreat has 2 additional large bedrooms and baths all decorated with high end furnishings and linens. The Beach Shack has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. We have beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys.

Luxury and tranquility on one of the best beaches in central Florida conveniently located to shops, restaurants, and outdoor activities. The Kennedy Space Center is about 40 minutes away. Just around an hour and a half to Orlando and the attractions (Disney World, Sea World, Universal). Sebastian Inlet is just a short drive south along scenic A1A.

We use CDC guidelines to ready and disinfect the suite with special attention to high touch areas like door knobs, counter tops, light switches and chairs. We also have antiviral and antibacterial disinfectants like Lysol under the sink for your personal use during your stay. In addition we utilize self check in and check out with no
person-to-person contact.
We are dog friendly and love traveling with our dogs also. We charge $150 pet fee up to 2 dogs. Always use a leash, pick up, respect neighbors. County ordinance does not allow dogs on the beach.

Everything stands out with The Beach Shack! From the quick communication with Dean, to the ease of checking in and out, The Beach Shack is the place to stay. The bedrooms are comfy, cozy, and spacious. The view from the balcony is amazing. There are TV’s in every room, and the kitchen has everything a cook would need. I think this is the third time we have stayed here and we have never been disappointed. Thank you Dean!

Dean the host is great! We stayed Thurs Dec 18- Tuesday Dec 23! House was well stocked ! Beds comfy and pretty linens! The only issue was the batteries in front door lock were low and had trouble unlock the door . We put new batteries in the front door lock and worked great! Lots of beach toys for the kids !

Family Vacation

It was our granddaughters first time at the beach and we couldn’t have picked a better place. Beach access was AMAZING! All the sand toys her little heart desired was available. Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, towels, cooler………all the things you would need on the beach was available. We had issues with the AC the first day and Dean was out immediately to take care of it and the rest of the time it was perfect. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to the area and I’m definitely telling my friends that come to Florida about this place. 10/10 would recommend

Great Family Stay

The Beach Shack was the perfect place to relax and enjoy beachside living while visiting close family in the area. The unit was clean and updated and big enough to have family spend a few days with us enjoying the views. Working with Dean the owner was very easy throughout the reservation process and stay.

Great property and great hosts

Loved the condo, and the owners were great to work with. They accommodated our early flight arrival, and the place was spotless and gorgeous. They had so many extras to help make the stay fun and easy. Part of the time we stayed was when Florida was in the midst of the polar vortex. They reached out to us with suggestions of places to visit and things to do during that time. Our 5- and 7-year old granddaughters were with us part of the time, and they had beach toys available for them to use. They had lots of beach towels, and beach chairs. My wife loved the closet in the master bedroom. All of the rooms were plenty big, and the kitchen had a lot of pots, pans, and other items to help in the kitchen. The living room area had plenty of room with couches and chairs for all of us to congregate there. We all had a great time here, and were very sad to have to leave. We’d return here in a heartbeat.

Great experience at The Beach Shack

Wonderful location and easy access. Ocean views on the website .... "what you see is what you get". All the essentials are there that you might need, well equipped kitchen, bedrooms and showers with lots of storage areas though out the condo. Outside patio seats six with great ocean view. Beach equipment - chairs, umbrellas, toys for kids etc ... just make sure to wear sandals because the sand gets really hot. While we were there July 19 a turtle had laid her eggs near where we accessed the beach. Although The Beach Shack is in a condo "complex " it was quiet and comfortable - while we were there the folks next to us had a private wedding on the beach. Nice. Great hosts and very responsive.

Lovely property

The townhouse is in a wonderful location. It is just steps from a quiet beach and there are great views from inside - both floors. It is well-equipped and very comfortable. You can easily walk to a park, a few stores and restaurants, and it's an easy drive to anything else you can think of in the way of restaurants and stores. If you''re into surfing or surf fishing, it is the place to go. One of the owners, Dean, is a friendly guy and was easy to contact and readily available when we needed anything. It was great!
