« The place is rundown. The sink had cracks in it. The floor tile was coming up in certain spots. The entire place needed a paint job. Not planning on coming back. Plus, the smoke alarm kept beeping. Maintenance came and fixed it but during the night (1 am) it started up again and my husband ended up disconnecting it. They did not provide coffee, only cereal. »

« When arriving, no one was at the front desk. So, the housekeeper told the front desk clerk. The clerk told the housekeeper to ask what we needed. We told her to check in. Clerk said something i could not understand and then came out of room she was in. I was surprised by the $50 security deposit. My credit card statement then said that i had a $75 charge. Advertisement on expedia states there is breakfast. Clerk did not tell us anything about breakfast or amenities. We asked about breakfast and...

« Very rundown hotel .I understand it is very cheap ( 55 $ it’s a good deal) but the location ,the parking lot and the reception makes it look like the hotel is about to go out of business. The room modest but at least clean and cold . »

« I rented the motel room for Friday the 26th and the Saturday 27th for my 50th class reunion thinking the motel was in Altus okla.,it was advertised in the Altus Web sight.,coming to find out that the motel was in Frederick okla.,so I tried to cancel the booking right there and then and they would not give me a refund on my credit card.,no refunds if you didn't get the insurance,that's so wrong in every way,I tried to get the refund about a minute after I booked it right after I realized it was...

« Room and property are clean, and updated. Staff were nice and responsive. I was greeted with good morning and hello by each of the staff. Property is near the highway and easy access to anything in Lawton. Not a lot right near the hotel, you will have to drive a short distance to get to shopping and dining. »

« At check-in, we were informed our room would only be cleaned every other day. NEVER cleaned it once. Had to ask for clean towels, toilet paper and cups. I informed the main desk the room still had not been cleaned. They never cleaned it. I had to take our overflowing trash cans and dump them myself. So for our entire stay of 4 days our room was never cleaned. I wont be staying here again. »

« Front desk gentleman was nice and friendly. That was the only positive thing about this establishment. Literally piles of dead bugs in corners. Active bugs crawling everywhere. Dresser missing drawers. Hairs in tub, on walls, and toilet. Air conditioner hanging off wall. Non smoking room smells like an 80 year old chain smoker lives there. I showered with shoes on.
