'Love the condo and the location. Room were spacious kitchen and living room was terrific. The patio are was even better with the added bonus of a creek in the back yard. Very relaxing with a large couch fire pit and bbq. I can’t wait to stay there again.Thank you!!Only two things that need attention. Could have used more propane and the porch and balcony was filled with pollen from the trees. No big deal.'

'Thank you for making this excellent, well maintained & appointed home available. Far enough to escape traffic with a quiet neighborhood but close enough to everything else in the Incline area. We enjoyed the deck & BBQ. The shower downstairs was excellent. The kitchen has everything you would want to cook gormet meals. Comfortable furniture. 'The property is perched on a hillside with a view of the lake and surrounding woods! Gorgeous! We had our privacy which is important to us. Our family enjoyed the ping pong and pool table! The Jacuzzi was clean and located on the back balcony, which is ideal. The master bathroom has a steam shower, absolutely wonderful. 'Our family of 4 adults stayed here for two nights. We used the fully-equipped kitchen (minus a potato masher, and then we accidentally left our potatoes in a bottom drawer.....), grilled on the balcony, and also ate dinner and brunch on the balcony right on the beach. 'Easy to find and access. Check-in instructions were helpful. Place was great location for access to Incline Village (especially grocery store) and places like Kings Beach, Sand Harbor, and hiking off Mt. Rose Highway. 'House and neighborhood are beautiful. Area is lovely. You are not with tourists even though you are one. Communicating with the property is not timely. There is no easy way to contact someone. They also did not inform us in advance if a maintenance man beingvat the house.'

This home has a well-equipped kitchen, many comfortable places to sit and gather, and beautiful views of the lake from all three bedrooms in addition to the living room and attached deck. This is a three bedroom home with three full bathrooms.
