'The level of security, keypad lock entries and gated garage parking, helped me feel safe as a woman traveling alone. All the upgrades to the building and my apartment were beautiful. Bed was super comfortable. Apartment is spacious. Management staff were very friendly and helpful, both on-line and in person on-site. Yes, the building was next to the flight path for planes landing in San Diego, but you barely noticed when the windows were closed. I would stay again!'

'The place was immaculate and well kept. The area is situated walking distance to the beach and local eateries. The unit is safe and cozy. I enjoyed staying here. The outside patio is awesome with a gas fire pit at your disposal. We spend time outside enjoying it. We’d stay here again.'

'I was vey pleased with my stay here. I travelled to San Diego to pack up my disabled mom’s apartment and settle her affairs. 'This property exceeded our expectations! It was the perfect beach vacation stay for the three of us! The location was ideal for everything we had planned. Kirk was an incredible host, answering any questions we had quickly & accommodated all our needs. We ended up wanting to stay another day & luckily Kirk was able to allow us to do so! He also had the property stocked with essentials, plenty of extra blankets, etc. We loved our time here & will definitely be looking to book again the next time...

'This bungalow (1/2 single story duplex) was the perfect place to stay as a single traveler. It was on a lovely street, very near the beach, and close to many restaurants, bars, and retail establishments. It was very quiet at night. Free on Street parking, perfectly sizes living room, eat in kitchen, nice bedroom with tv, and small bathroom with a very large shower. Very clean. Terrific communication with host family. Loved my stay.'

'Our stay was wonderful couldn't ask for a better location. The Apt. was comfortable, clean with all the comforts of home. You cannot beat the views off the deck and it is walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Communication was excellent from Gina & Mary. Mary gave us a warm welcome on arrival and tour. 'We had a great stay in Mission Beach. The location and property are great. The highlights of the property are the rooftop deck and great off-street parking. The location is perfect just outside the super busy areas but within easy walk to all the attractions. Great place to stay we would do it again if we are back in the area.'

'I had a great trip to meet up with family and this apartment was icing on the cake! Great location, plenty of places to enjoy whether by care or on foot. The place was comfortable and as described. 'This was a great apartment overall, spacious, clean and accurately described in the listing for the interior. We especially liked the Roku tv to allow easy viewing of Netflix, Hulu and Disney plus with our own login. 'Great location for the money. Literally one block to the sands and ocean. One short block to Belmont Park with tons of rides. Less than a block to the shops and restaurants and a Starbucks Nextdoor! Lol. Mission Bay was right across the street and has a little park. The condo itself was small but very cute with a cute patio, very clean.
