Please be aware that the neighbourhood is described as highly sensitive to noise, and quietness along with good behaviour is expected from all guests throughout the duration of the stay. The owner does not accept youth groups. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible directly at the holiday house. A self-service bar is located in the neighbouring house and is available for your convenience. The recreation room and sauna situated within the house are shared amenities also accessible to guests from the other 2 houses on the property, with sauna use available at an extra charge. The property is equipped with a central heating system to ensure warmth and comfort during cooler periods. The third bedroom measures 19 m2 and is similarly configured with 1 single bed (90 cm wide, 200 cm long) and 1 double bed (180 cm wide, 200 cm long). A walk-through room of 13 m2 provides 2 single beds (90 cm wide, 200 cm long each). This level is served by 2 shower rooms, each with a WC, and benefits from underfloor heating throughout.
