« We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Very kind and helpful staff. Breakfast is amazing. Thank you !! Would recommend to book another room instead of petite cave suite. The view and location is not the best one. »

« The room itself is stunning, quirky cave with a lot of space, the bed was comfy and the shower powerful , the view is the opposite side of the caldera but beautiful none the less, uninterrupted views and a lovely tranquil outdoor space to watch the sun rise or set , breakfast was superb and served outside the room so add this option on if you can , room was super clean, crisp white, host provided great communication, it’s a quiet spot about 10 mins from the main town which makes it nice and...

« Love the experience here »

« The room was spacious and beds were comfy. The view was spectacular. Showers were hot and had a great water pressure. Bed linens and towels were all ample and high quality. Room was clean. However—there was mold in the bathroom, we had an early flight and they wouldn’t drop off a breakfast for us, and there’s no front desk staff late at night or early in the morning. This place is more of an air bnb than a hotel in that way. One morning we had no power. The patio is marked as private but...

« Wow! Personnel très serviable et courtois. Chambre impeccable! Les déjeuners généreux et délicieux, Vue sublime! »

« Nero is a gorgeous boutique hotel and absolutely five-star in my opinion! The rooms are spacious and beautiful, the shower was wonderful, and the pool is gorgeous. The spa and indoor pool are beautiful as well. The breakfast spread is amazing, and the restaurant was excellent—the chicken Caesar salad was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had, and the drinks were always on point! The location is fantastic, within walking distance of many wonderful restaurants with spectacular caldera views....

« Everything was perfect. An unforgettable stay, and a special thanks to Suzana for her kindness, thoughtfulness, and good humor.

« Everything was good. A great trip. »
