'Very clean, incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The ADA room was spacious. Quick elevators. The only criticism was that the floor lamps were a little bright and not adjustable, so they could be a little harsh, but that is a minor complaint. Overall a great stay and we would come back again. Well located, as well. '

'Great stay! Initially, there was a problem with the shower and they changed our room right away. The room was spotless including the kitchen area. Breakfast was delicious. Parking was convenient, especially when using the side entrance to the hotel. We would definitely stay there again.'

'I always enjoy my stay at the SpringHill suites. The only thing I would suggest is for people with small children they should have bassinet beds instead of the big play pens beds other then that I enjoyed my stay '

'Was a nice hotel and really nice location to the subway stops, food, and the airport. Seemed like it was in a nice neighborhood. We walked at night and felt safe. They had a shuttle service to the airport that was prompt and did a great job. I would just suggest getting to the desk and asking for shuttle service early since the bus is rather small and can run out of space for passengers. '
