'General manager and assistant manager failed to keep guests request. Then chastised guest due to a domestic issue and claimed to have called me and left a voicemail which I never received. Then went to confront me and continue to chastise me. Horrible experience, I do not recommend coming here. Fridge did not work most of the food was spoiled and lacked the bare minimum for necessities.'

'The apartment was nice enough. It was clean and quiet. Staff was available when I had questions. However, the furniture, particularly the sofa and mattresses were not very nice at all. The master bedroom mattress had remnants of being a firm bed at one time but as since broken down and is incredibly lumpy and unsupportive. Woke up sore every morning. The pillows were also thin and uncomfortable. The sofa in the main area was slanted and lumpy, and if you attempted to stretch out, you had a bar...

'Host was incredible, the B&B was wonderful, very clean & accommodating. Love the rooms, the kitchen, living room, study, back patio, all of it. Check-in was easy, everything was amazing!'

'If you stay at Hawthorn Terrace be prepared for doors slamming all hours of the night. Especially if you’re stuck on the floor. The staff closets and small breakfast room are there. Very annoying the way they stand out side the rooms talking and as I said slamming doors as they bring carts out. For the price there are way better experiences. I like to stay there because it’s close to my daughter’s house but next time will probably look into a different place. Just not worth the price.'
