Arranged over three floors, the property has been thoughtfully designed to create a comfortable and sociable place to stay, whether you're visiting for a weekend away, a walking break, a family trip or simply looking to enjoy everything Ilkley has to offer.

The Space

You enter Moor View on the ground floor into a private entrance foyer. From here, the staircase leads you up to the main living accommodation on the first floor.
The first floor is the heart of the property, where you'll find a bright and welcoming open-plan living, kitchen and dining area.

The open-plan layout creates a relaxed and sociable space where everyone can spend time together. Settle down in the living area after a day exploring, enjoy breakfast or dinner around the dining table, or make use of the well-equipped kitchen if you fancy an evening at home.

Also on this floor is a convenient separate WC.

Just off the kitchen, doors lead out onto Moor View's private terrace balcony. Furnished with a small bistro table and chairs, it's a lovely spot to enjoy your morning coffee, sit outside with a glass of wine or simply enjoy a little fresh air.
Continue upstairs to the second floor, where you'll find the property's two bedrooms.

The main bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, while the second bedroom has a queen-size bed, making the property ideal for couples, small families or friends travelling together.

Also on this floor is a separate modern bathroom, conveniently positioned to serve both bedrooms.
