Coulscott House combines luxurious period features with a wide range of leisure facilities. There are 8 bedrooms sleeping up to 15 guests.



The main living room is warmly lit and furnished with inviting sofas, a 50 TV, and access to streaming services including Netflix and Prime. Additional relaxation spaces include a snug and a secondary lounge, the latter accessed via a concealed bookcase door.



The property includes two spacious, well-lit kitchens, each equipped with dual range cookers, an induction cooktop, range hobs, and two dishwashers. Informal seating is available at the kitchen islands, and meals can be enjoyed in the formal dining room or alfresco on the terrace, which overlooks the surrounding countryside.



Leisure facilities cater to all ages. Children can enjoy the heated indoor swimming pool, indoor soft play zone, and outdoor pirate ship-themed play area. Outdoor activities include miniature football, croquet, cricket, badminton, and a trampoline. The games room offers table tennis, and adults can unwind in the private hot tub outside of Coulscott House or explore woodland walks featuring meadows, streams, and ponds. On-site yoga and massage sessions are available by arrangement, and evenings can be spent at the firepit or with a private chef providing meals, from buffets to multi-course tasting menus.
