'There is so much to be impressed by at this hotel. When walking through the main entrance you are surrounded by Spanish culture. The breakfast has everything you would expect in a big hotel croissants, coffee, cereal, cheeses and meat etc. but in a beautiful Spanish room. There is a sitting room with piano, a small library with table. The room had lots of beautiful furnishings. The balcony had table and two chairs. Everything in the Expedia photos is what you will see.'

'Somewhat frustrating start with our initial room not having a working stove or tv remote and somewhat unused bath with dark water. The reception staff were very helpful and changed the room quickly, to a much better room. Lady on reception was helpful with booking tours around the island and guiding us on shops and areas of interest. Generally good but the local area seems remote with only a local shop and pharmacy within walking distance. Hiring a car mandatory in my view. '
