The house is ideally situated, first line in front of the sea, perched on a rock cliff, in the old fisherman's quarter of Ibiza Town “La Marina”. With its privileged location the property provides stunning views to the sea and Formentera, spectacular views to “Dalt Vila” (the old walled town) -which has been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO- and the Cathedral.
This property has a pretty impressive 360 panorama view from the roof terrace.
The terrace is huge and ideal for sunbathing / star gazing in total privacy….

Fantastisch appartement met mooiste uitzicht in oud Ibiza stad

Het appartement is werkelijk fantastisch! Het is schoon en erg mooi ingericht, alles in prima staat. Het panorama uitzicht is subliem en raak je niet op uitgekeken. De verschillende dakterrassen zorgen er voor dat er altijd een plek is waar je goed kan verblijven. Nana en Joan zijn erg fijne eigenaren en zorgen ervoor dat alles naar wens is. Kortom een huis waar wij zeker terug komen.

Indrukwekkend mooi!

Een sfeervol appartement op een van de mooiste plekken van Ibiza stad. Uitzicht vanaf een prachtig gelegen dakterras over de haven en de zee. Het appartement is van alle luxe voorzien en over de inrichting is goed nagedacht. Alles bij elkaar een bijzonder fijn apartement. Ook het contact met Nana en Joan is zeer prettig verlopen. Eigenlijk willen we alleen zo'n soort vakantie! Dank je wel Nana en Joan!

Perfect house with fantastic view!

We have had a wonderful holiday in this house situated on a perfect location with a fantastic view! The car could not be parked nearby the house but there was a possibility to use a private parking space at 700m from the house. The most AMAZING apartment!

I cannot describe the beauty of this apartment, you really have to see it to believe the views. It really does have that WOW factor! Bedrooms are good sizes, 2x en-suite bathrooms and 1x separate bathroom which worked perfectly for us. Right at the end of the old town strip, within a 1 minute walk to bars/restaurants but very quiet at the same time. Nana & Jo were very quick to respond and were really kind and helpful! When we come back to Ibiza we will definitely be staying here again!! Thank you :)

Magnifique maison

Splendide maison,avec une vue dans le salon et rooftop exceptionnelle,qui se trouve à proximité de tout . Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Toutefois attention, il y a pas mal d'escaliers , ne venir qu'avec des valises cabines car pour acheminer les valises soutes c'est sportif!

Stunning views and amazing location

We booked this villa for a family birthday celebration. It was perfect for access to the many bars and restaurants in old Ibiza town and the harbour and close enough to be able to get a taxi to the clubs. However stepping off the old cobbled streets into the house was like walking into a calm cool oasis The roof top terrace was great to chill and watch the boats go by while reclining on a comfy lounger. The house is very well appointed with air conditioning in all the rooms. The views from the lounge through the 6 arch windows were stunning. Great communication from the owners. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic House at the end of Ibiza Old Town Pier

We absolutely loved our stay here - firstly it was exactly as expected from the pictures and description, spacious and comfy with plenty of facilities. Perfect location too, right at the end of the pier as it gets quieter away from the bars and restaurants. Host was easily contactable on VRBO app / whatsapp. Would definitely come back when visiting the island again. Thanks so much!

Fantastic flat in Ibiza old town

Great apartment with 3 sleeping rooms, no problem for 3 couples. Amazing view from the living room and the stunning roof top terrace over the ocean, harbour and the castle. Spacious kitchen, very good equipped. Just note that there quite some stairs in this old building. Upfront communication with the owners was friendly and smooth, the check-in process easy. Highly recommended.
