Très belle villa .très calme très beau jardin avec vue. Trop proche de la famille du propriétaire pour apero extérieur. Sinon très cool

These clients arrived early and insisted in entering the villa at 13h before it was ready. On the second day they made a big BBQ usings logs and pine needles and had to be asked to put it out as there was a serious fire risk, the villa being surrounded by pine trees. The next night they returned from partying at 4.30 am sounding the horn as they approached the villa, waking all the neighbours! They then continued to party loudly by the pool. The owner, who had been called by various neighbours about the noise, had to personally go and ask them to stop at 5 am. After they had left the villa, we found 5 large bags of rubbish and bottles, which had been left outside the back door for the maid to take away. This is absolutely not acceptable for a self catering villa! There were also several stained towels and a bedspread. Fortunately these guests only stayed 3 nights!

Maison agréable correspondant au descriptif. Vue agréable depuis le jardin. Proche des commodités. Idéalement située pour visiter l'île. Par contre, proximité avec la propriétaire et les voisins (clos). Il est donc compliqué de se mettre dans le salon extérieur le soir après 22h. Le voisin en contrebas du jardin était particulièrement agressif et peu tolérant au bruit. La propriétaire, par contre, est sympathique.

These clients, 6 profesional people, unfortunately decided to celbrate their first evening with a small party - Please note that parties and loud noise, at any time, are absolutely not allowed in the villa, as stated in the house rules on the web site. They were still playing loud music and making a lot of noise at 1.30 am, when the neighbour came over to ask them to stop. At 2.30am they had a loud argument among themselves right outside the neighbours house and when he came out to tell them to be quiet, they actually punched him in the face which involved a hospital visit and the police being called in. A very unfortunate situation. I feel, for this reason, I would not have these clients again.

Lovely villa for family stay
We stay as a family of adults and really enjoyed our stay here. The interior is comfortable but the outdoor areas were our highlight. All the sun beds and chairs were comfortable and good quality. We could sit out and relax, sunbathe by the pool or sit out at night by the BBQ. Pillows and sheets were nice and soft and comfortable. Kitchen has most amenities we needed. The villa outlook up over the hills feels lovely and remote and very quiet. We loved the trees to look out by the pool. The villas around the property are owned by the owner and his family so you feel very safe and no unexpected traffic or people around. A quick walk down to San Josep with a bit of a step hill on the way back by my 80 year old parents could manage it! We’d love to stay again - photos don’t do it justice or capture the feel of the villa.

Lovely villa in a great location
The Villa had everything we needed for our stay, beds were very comfortable. The bbq and pool area is lovely to spend time, although it was a bit windy during our stay the kids still managed a dip in the pool a couple of times. There are so many amazing beaches within a short 15 minute drive, and San Josep town is an easy 10 min walk away with lots of great restaurants and cafes.

Wunderschönes Poolhaus in Toplage
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Abwicklung funktionierte problemlos. San Josep mit Restaurants und Supermärkten ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Haus liegt ruhig in einer Sackgasse. Die besten Strände sind in kurzer Distanz mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Gerne wieder.

Wunderbarer Urlaub mit Freunden
Wir (5 Freunde) hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt! Der Check-In bei Paul lief absolut unkompliziert ab. Wir kamen etwas später als erwartet an, dennoch hat Paul sich die Zeit genommen, uns in Ruhe zu begrüßen und uns alles zu zeigen. Auch die weitere Kommunikation lief reibungslos ab und Paul war sogar so lieb, uns mit Nähzeug auszuhelfen. Die Lage der Villa ist einfach perfekt; Das Grundstück liegt in einem abgelegeneren Teil von Sant Josep, wodurch man seine Ruhe hat und eine tolle Aussicht genießen kann. Dennoch ist der Weg ins Dorf nicht weit und man kommt schnell nach Ibiza bzw. zum Rest der Insel. Von uns gibt es eine absolute Empfehlung. Vielen Dank, Paul!

Hi Paul, wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub bei dir mit unseren Kindern. Das Haus ist super schön mit dem tollen Pool und dem Ausblick. Die Ruhe dort haben wir sehr genossen. Unsere Kinder haben sich sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage war perfekt für uns. Ein kleiner Fußweg zum Dorf und ein kurzer Weg nach Ibiza. We had a warm welcome by the host! The villa is perfectly located in the centre of the Island near San-Joseph. Fantastic view from the pool - The villa has all the comfort as depicted and the host is always ready to help. Big recommendation!

Wundervolle Woche in einem tollen Haus
Das Can Bosc liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse oberhalb von Sant Josep. Der kleine Ort ist auch zu Fuss erreichbar und bietet gute Einkaufs- und Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten. Auch die ärztliche Versorgung ist gewährleistet (danke Wendy für die Adresse). Die Bilder in der Anzeige entsprechen der Wirklichkeit. Der Poolbereich ist grosszügig und sehr schön. Auch die verschiedenen Ebenen mit Sitzgelegenheiten bieten viel Abwechslung und zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit einen angenehmen Ort zum Verweilen. Wir wurden von der Eigentümerin herzlich begrüsst und sie hat uns alles im und ums Haus erklärt. Für einen Urlaub ist alles vorhanden. Wenn wir etwas vermisst haben, waren es die Mosquiteras vor den Fenstern. Ansonsten war alles top. Wir kommen gerne wieder. An Wendy vielen Dank und der Flori einmal Ohrenkraulen ;-)

Mooie villa met prachtig zwembad.
Het buiten verblijf was echt prachtig. meerdere zitjes met genoeg schaduw en geweldig zwembad. Huiskamer was prima. Met mooi weer zit je er niet. Keuken wat klein en apparatuur gedateerd. Ook het gerei was aan vervanging toe. Dat was jammer. Verder goed functionerende airco wat je nog wel apart moet betalen. Er staan relatief veel huizen om deze villa heen zodat het soms overlast kan geven als je buiten een lange nazit hebt na een feestje of zo. Dat is erg jammer. Communicatie met de eigenares was prima. Woont ook aan de overkant van deze villa.

Excellent location and views
Overall the house was great and the outside space was perfect to spend lazy afternoons and watch the gorgeous sunsets. The bedrooms were great and had much needed air conditioning. My only comment is that the kitchen is quite dated and the equipment could do what an upgrade which the owner said she was planning to do. We would definately revisit .

Ein schönes Haus mit einem überragenden Poolbereich! Einige Dinge sollten erneuert oder auf den heutigen Stand der Technik gebracht werden (Kaffeemaschine brauchte ca. 1 Stunde, kein Mückenschutz an den Fenstern der Schlafzimmer). Sitzmöbel und Liegen im Außenbereich ausreichend vorhanden. Ruhige Lage und gute Erreichbarkeit des Ortes San Josep sind zu erwähnen. Wendy war immer ansprechbar und hatte gute Tipps für uns. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und empfehlen dieses Haus gern.

Es freut mich dass das Haus sie gefallen hat, nur schade dass sie mir nur auf den letzten Tag wegen die Kaffeemaschine erzählt haben. Ich hatte sonst sofort eine neue gekaufen können.

Wonderful place!
We had a great stay in a very special place. A warm welcome by the owner made us feel welcome immediately. The house felt like a warm blanket with all of its lovely terraces. Flowers were very beautiful at this time of year, even wild orchids. Thank you for a fabulous week. We certainly recommend this place for a great vacation on Ibiza!

Heerlijk
Het is een heerlijk huis met fantastisch zwembad. Prachtige uitvalsbasis voor verkennen van Ibiza of een dagje “thuis”. Altijd fijn om na een warme stranddag nog even in het grote zwembad te kunnen genieten. Heel goede locatie op loopafstand van het centrum het gezellige Sant Josep.

We are a family of 4 with 2 children (3 & 5) and spent 2 blissful weeks at Can Bosc at the end of July 2021. I can honestly say it was the most enjoyable family holiday we have ever had, all made possible by the beautiful Can Bosc. First and foremost, the host Wendy could not have been more friendly, welcoming and helpful during our entire stay. I had read a review on here about Wendy's dog being "left to roam" however Flori was a lovely old dog and we had no issue with her roaming anywhere and there we experienced no issues with her and the children. The villa is located down a private road, at the far end of a quiet cul de sac. It was immaculately clean inside and out on arrival, and was fully cleaned a further 3 times over the course of the 2 weeks. Beds were very comfortable with multiple pillows to choose from. The Wifi was very good (especially for a holiday rental from past experience), and the tv in the lounge had "smart" features which kept the kids entertained when they needed some chill time. We logged into Netflix which worked perfectly (remember to log out at the end!). The kitchen is well equiped, and the washing machine worked well. The outside area surrounding the villa far surpassed our expectations and the photos do not do it justice. There is a small grass garden on the side of the property which is off the lounge and one of the bedrooms, the pool area is expansive and is far enough away from the main villa to give comfort over the children's safety, the bbq area is nicely laid out and has clear views over the pool and the surrounding countryside and finally there is a wooded area behind the property which the children enjoyed exploring. The pool itself was the perfect temperature at the time of visit, cold enough to cool you down in the heat of the day but warm enough so the kids didn't get cold when in there for long periods. Both our 3 and 5 year-olds could just about touch the bottom of the pool at the shallow end, and they both left the holiday having hugely improved their swimming. Location wise, the villa is a 5 minute walk into the local village San Josep which has 2 well stocked supermarkets and numerous cafes and restaurants. Lidl is a short drive away, towards San Antoni. In summary, thoroughly recommend this villa for a family holiday and we will be booking again in the near future. Thank you Wendy!

Dieses Haus liegt an einer wunderbaren, ruhigen Lage am Waldrand mit fantastischer Aussicht. Die schöne Gartenanlage mit grossem Pool ist ein Traum, die diversen Sitzmöglichkeiten auf verschiedenen Ebenen ebenso. Der Sonnenuntergang einmalig. Wir wurden herzlich von Wendy, die Besitzerin aufgenommen und es hat alles geklappt. Diese Anlage können wir nur empfehlen.

Perfect location and view
Lovely outside space. Wifi worked fine for our teens. While the villa lacked privacy at the front and side of the property, the pool, outdoor kitchen/dining and seating was all very private. The privacy issue could easily be rectified with a gate and a bit more planting. Air con worked well and better than some places we've stayed in recently.

Wir durften eine Woche in dieser wunderschönen Ferienvilla verbringen und sind begeistert!!! Wendy Williams begrüßte uns am Tag der Anreise überaus herzlich. Wir fühlten uns sofort willkommen und unglaublich wohl. Das Haus und die Lage sind einfach ein Traum! Meine Tochter erzählte mir heute, es sei der schönste Urlaub Ihres Lebens gewesen und das können mein Mann und ich absolut bestätigen. Das Haus liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse. Es ist herrlich ruhig und bietet einen phänomenalen Ausblick. Der großzügige Pool war, während unserer Zeit, Dreh-und Angelpunkt. Wir haben es sehr genossen uns dort aufzuhalten. Ebenfalls unschlagbar ist aber auch die Nähe zu einigen wunderschönen Stränden. Wir haben uns für den Cala Salada, Cala d'Hort und Cala Comte entschieden. Das charmante Dorf Sant Josep mit diversen Restaurantangeboten war fussläufig zu erreichen. Liebe Wendy, Wir möchten uns nochmal bedanken. Es war unsagbar schön in Ihrer Ferienvilla Can Bosc. Danke für Ihre Herzlichkeit! Wir haben ganz viele gute Emotionen mit nach Hause genommen und werden sicher noch einige Wochen davon zehren. Und genau so soll ein gelungener Urlaub doch sein,oder?!:) Wir waren lange nicht mehr so erholt! 1000 Dank!! Thank you so much!!! Not a truly family friendly villa, no privacy and not welcoming. Think twice.
PROs: The pool area is spacious and has a nice view The house is walking distance to San Jose CONS There is absolutely no privacy. The owner lives next door and there isn't any barrier like a wall or a garden fence to separate the two properties. While we there there the wi-fi and the TV didn't work and weren't repaired despite repeated requests. The owner was very difficult to contact in the run up to our booking. On arrival the owner greeted us by saying "make sure you keep your child away from my dog, it doesn't like young children and it bites". This was hardly consistent with advertising the property as "a wonderful family home" and the dog was allowed to roam while we stayed there. We were asked for a cash "damage deposit" - which which would only be returned on the last day, leaving us with a load of currency we didn't need. We weren't happy leaving cash and felt any deposit should have been done through HomeAway so we refused, this meant we had to leave our passports with the owner which wasn't ideal. The house itself is poky - we were there with two couples and two kids under three and it felt very cramped. The bathrooms and kitchen in particular are small and badly in need of updating. The furnishings, bedding and towels are of poor quality and worn. The pool is big but over 2 metres deep with no protection for kids, if you have small children that's a real issue. The pool area isn't visible from the house so the only way to keep an eye on the kids is to be with them at all times, if you let them go out and play in the garden they can wander out of your gaze into the pool area or into the road. We have stayed in lots of places in Ibiza and this is undoubtedly the worst experience we have had in terms of the quality of the villa and the service from an owner. Unless you absolutely have to be walking distance to San Jose then you should look elsewhere, you can easily find much better quality accommodation, with a much warmer welcome, at a far better price with none of the hassle.

Absolutely fantastic... can't recommend staying here highly enough!
We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Can Bosc! Wendy was an excellent host - easily contactable and welcoming. The villa was very clean and well kitted out for cooking meals, cleaning/ironing, and of course relaxing. The beds were all comfortable and the water pressure of the showers was excellent. The outside seating areas offered some great views and sunsets. The villa is a fantastic location through being a short 5 minute walk from San Josep and all of the delights which the town has to offer. As annual visitors to The White Isle I'm sure we’ll be staying here again!

Not worth the hassle
This holiday rental was difficult from the outset. First Wendy insisted that the deposit, taxes and air con should be paid in cash. We were not comfortable with this as HomeAway advised that it would not be covered by their policies and protections. We agreed (after around 15 emails on the subject) that the deposit would be paid to HomeAway but then they paid this to Wendy instead of holding it. Instead of Wendy dealing with HomeAway on this she returned the deposit (after 10 or so messages) and then tried to charge us for the bank fees! We had no control over any of this. Eventually HomeAway returned the deductions to us but not until we had sent even more emails. The place is comfortable, but be advised that the modem / wifi connection is so outdated you will struggle to open even the most basic of internet pages and we could not open our emails. I would not advertise this villa as having wifi. Overall the view is nice but I would say there are lots better places out there which won't cause you so many problems.

Dear Eva, I am very sorry for the confusion in relation to the returnable breakage deposit. Home Away have confirmed to me that this has already been totally refunded to you. Regarding the Wifi; It was a pity that you only told me about it as you were leaving. If I had known before, I would have immediately called a technition to check it. I did this as soon as I knew and he came within the hour.and the Wifi works perfectly again. The wind had moved the antena a fraction.

We had a fab time in Can Bosc, Wendy was very helpful, the pool was lovely and the views are incredible. The Rooms are light and airy. The villa is only 5 minutes walk from San Jose which has a selection of bars and restaurants, there’s also a fab supermarket that sell amazing pastries. We hired a car and explored the local beaches, I recommend Cala d hort and Cala vadella. We will definitely be returning!!

Perfect villa for a group or family
Look no further, you’ve found the ideal villa for your Ibiza holiday. The location is convenient, and easy to get everywhere, the town is a 5min walk away where there are lots of lovely restaurants, and in 15min you can drive/taxi to all the key places. The villa is in a secluded cul de sac with a handful of other villas and it’s really peaceful and quiet, which makes it perfect for families as well as groups of friends looking to chill out in the daytime :) It is the perfect size for 6 people, the beds are comfortable, there is plenty of living space, and the kitchen is well equipped. The air con works well, there is a bbq area which we used a few times as well. The jewel in the crown is the pool area which is really spacious, with 6 comfy sun beds, a sofa area and one of the most stunning views of the famous Ibiza sunset you’ll see! We will be booking again next year for sure.

Beautiful Villa good location
We stayed in the villa for a week with our family which included 2 very young children. The villa was clean and comfortable and is in a fabulous position at the top of a hill. Being in a cul-de-sac it there was no passing traffic and although there were no gates it was relatively safe for the children. The open gardens and outside areas are lovely and quite versatile with a lawn for the children to play on as well as the beautiful pool. It is about a 10 minute walk to the village so easily accessible. The village has reasonable facilities such as supermarket and chemist. The airport, local sights and beaches are within easy reach which made the location ideal. The owner Wendy lives next door and was able to recommend places to visit. Any small issues were also easily and promptly rectified such as replacing a washing line. We had a lovely holiday.

Lovely house, perfect for 4/6 persons. Quiet setting at the end of a small road and great views!
We had a great week. Wendy is a very friendly host. She lives next door, which is handy when you have a question, but otherwise you hardly notice her. The house has a great setting, with wonderful views on the mountains and sunset from the pool area. It’s not brand new but good and clean, and tastefully done. There is a nice garden with lots of flowers, and a wonderful pool. We were here with 2 small kids and had a great time. We can recommend this house and will certainly return one day.

Tolles Feriendomizil
Alles war zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Mitte Oktober ist es am Abend schon etwas kühler. Wir haben es geschätzt, gegen ein kleines Entgelt, die Zentalheizung in Betrieb zu nehmen.

Superschöne Finca
Wir haben eine tolle Woche in der unglaublich schönen Finca verbracht. Die Lage ist perfekt: sehr ruhig gelegen und trotzdem erreicht man in kurzer Zeit viele tolle Strände, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Villa ist sehr komfortabel mit genügend Platz für 6 Personen, vor allem die Pool Area hat uns super gefallen und wir haben sehr viel Zeit dort verbracht. Ein grosses Dankeschön an Wendy, Sie ist eine tolle Gastgeberin! Liebe Grüße an Wendy!

Beautiful villa in a quiet location but close to Ibiza Town and San Antonio
Booked the property for my friend's hen do and so glad I did! There were six of us sharing three, good sized double bedrooms. Property has two bathrooms, both with shower facilities and ample closet space. Outside area includes a large pool, shaded patio seating and an outdoor dining table/area. We spent most of our time outside (as you would!) and really enjoyed having a few drinks and cooking a BBQ. Very easy to walk into the local town which has everything you might need to survive (food, pharmacy, restaurants and a couple of bars). We went into San Antonio for a night and were pleased to learn the cab was only 20 EUR in and 20 EUR back. When booking though, make sure you use the name of the villa and not the street name - it was not the easiest thing to book! Thoroughly enjoyed and would definitely recommend! Wendy is lovely and very accommodating!
