« They advertise that they have a pool, there is no water in it in the middle of the summer, they advertise free wifi/ high speed Internet, they have no wifi at all. We go to check in and we're told there was a deposit. At no time anywhere were we told that there would be a deposit.si cough up more money or lose everything already invested. We were told that if we had visitors we would lose our deposit. Before we went to bed I had to go out to the car to get something when I turned to walk away...

« To much humidity in the room. The carpet was wet and smelling bad. Stain in the bath. Rats trap just beside the principal door. One of the worst room I ever had! »

« My son and I attempted to stay here one night last weekend. We checked in the room, got unpacked and as we were leaving to get to my son's tournament, we noticed that the door to our room would not lock upon closing. We further tested the door from the inside, only to find out that the dead bolt, when locked, would flip to the unlocked position upon turning of the door knob from the outside. The front desk sent a maintenance man to fix it and promised to call me and let me know what was...

« I found earrings in my room that I threw in the trash. The swimming pool area wasn't in good or great shape. The pool area needs some modern upgrades. More seating and better lighting. Breakfast was fair and the was little small for the furniture that was in the room. It was okay. I've stayed in several other SPRINGHILL SUITES MARRIOTT and it was ALOT NICER than this particular facility. The rooms were also much bigger. »
